Mr. Chen gave the answer. Peidi has launched a two-wheel drive strategy, using global good products to continuously promote the upgrading of China's pet health standards. For example, Peidi's representative product, chewing food, has been exploring and developing product technology and raw materials, striving to be dedicated to dogs. So far, the research and development of chewing food technology has reached the fifth generation, far exceeding the current domestic industry level of 1.5 generations.
The global production capacity layout has brought Peidi a strong ability to resist risks. Therefore, compared with the challenges of the trade war, we regard this as an opportunity to promote our own rapid development. On the one hand, by utilizing overseas production capacity, there is an opportunity to obtain more new overseas customers, and new production bases such as Vietnam Haojue, Cambodia, and New Zealand will accelerate the release of production capacity. On the other hand, domestic production capacity will also be accelerated through the entry of its own brands into the market, and optimization and upgrading. It is worth noting that Peidi's overseas production bases will be fully open, especially to domestic peers affected by the trade war. Vietnam can produce all kinds of snacks, Cambodia's industrial park can produce all kinds of pet products, and New Zealand can produce the world's top staple food.
In addition, Peidi has also joined hands with Bohai Huamei to establish a 1 billion industrial merger and acquisition fund, determined to build a scientific pet-raising ecosystem with pet industry people, and realize the common mission of the entire industry to continuously promote the upgrading of China's pet health standards with global good products.
