Quality control has always been a key focus of Peidi's production work. A delicious product must be hygienic and healthy. Peidi utilizes the certified HACCP management system, taking livestock skin chewable products as an example. Our production line starts from washing the skin, followed by production, drying, inspection, and irradiation. We ensure that every step of the process is internally controlled, implementing product quality control in every aspect of production.
We have an internal laboratory in each production base, which can test more than 30 items including nutritional analysis, microbiological analysis, pesticide residues, etc., providing strong technical support for product quality and safety control.
